Aviation Fuel Transfer Skids

FuelCo’s Aviation Fuel Transfer Skids are portable, self-contained fuel stations with a rated capacity of 500 litres per minute. They are designed for efficient and safe transfer of aviation fuels. The system can both download and upload fuel at high volumes without needing to disconnect or reconnect hoses, and has the optional capability for into-aircraft refuelling.

  • Atex and UL certified fuel pump
  • Available with Yanmar Diesel Engines with spark arrestors and engine firewalls, or with Zone 1 or Zone 2 certified electric motors.
  • TCS700-25 Trade Certified Flow Meter
  • 6th Edition Parker Velcon Fuel Filter Water Separator
  • Gammon DP Indicator and Millipore sampling points
  • API607 Certified Fire Proof Flanged Ball Valves
  • Internal and External Pressure relief valve to protect the system against over-pressurization
  • Pressure and Compound Gauges to indicate system function, 80nb Cam-lock connection
  • Standard 80nb Cam-lock connection
  • Aviation Fuel Transfer Skid with a rated capacity of 500 l/min
  • Capable of down-loading, uploading and circulating Diesel fuel at 500 l/min without the need of disconnection or reconnection of site hoses
  • Optional capability of into aircraft refueling
  • All built onto a heavy duty skid frame with crane lifting points and integrated drip tray
